The SILVER call for tender is open to bidders willing to perform the majority of the R&D activities for the SILVER project (for detailed info see the tender documents) in the EU Member States and/or countries associated to FP7. The tenders are evaluated according to the same criteria regardless of country or origin or size.
When the call is closed on June 12th 2013, the PCP process will be executed in three phases, ending in March 2016. The result will be two to three prototypes to be tested in all partnering countries: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Up to 8 companies will participate in Phase 1: Solution Design (budget up to 350.000 EUR, duration 6 months), up to 4 companies in Phase 2: Prototype development (budget up to 720.000 EUR, duration 1 year) and up to 3 companies in Phase 3: Pre-Commercial small scale product/service development (budget up to 1.080.000 EUR, duration 1 year).
